Thank you for agreeing to participate in the virtual Slate Presents series! A Technolutions moderator will be assigned to your session and will reach out to schedule a run-through before your scheduled session.
Before the run-through
Build your slides using your own institutionally-branded deck.
PowerPoint Format: 16:9 Widescreen
Do not demo from your Slate instance.
Use clear, high-quality screenshots to illustrate your points. Remember, these webinars are recorded and will be made available on the Technolutions website.
Protect Personal Identifiable Information (PII): We recommend using test records or redacting any PII in your screenshots.
Your presentation will be made available in the Knowledge Base following Summit. If you’d like to include additional slides specifically for the Knowledge Base, please provide your moderator with two versions of the PowerPoint – one for the live webinar and one for the Knowledge Base.
All comments and notes on the PowerPoint slides will be removed before the presentation is added to the Knowledge Base.
You will be added to a Slate Presents Presenters space in the Slate Community where you can ask further questions and interact with other presenters.
On testing and webinar days
Your Technolutions moderator will provide a URL to connect you directly to the event. Follow these instructions to ensure a smooth experience:
Presenters should turn all automated notifications with sounds to "Do Not Disturb" (e.g., Teams chats).
Do not use a VPN during the presentation to prevent connectivity issues.
