# Atmospheric Data

When searching for points of interest, like coffee shops, gas stations, and restaurants, directly from a Trip map, Google Atmosphere data displays relevant additional context about the location, including its website, directions, hours, and more.

## Using atmospheric data

An example use case for atmospheric data may be to find a coffee shop that is open late Monday through Friday for post-school visit meetings.

1. On the map within a trip, zoom in on an area to search for a point of interest.
2. Search for a point of interest, like `coffee`.
3. Selecting each point of interest will display hours of operation, a phone number if provided, a link to their website, and a review rating.
4. Click **Create Stop** to add a stop at this location.
