For new implementations that have to use Authorize.Net, we are using their AcceptJS API. We do not support their older products.
This custom integration is not available for self-service setup via the Application Editor. We will be making all adjustments to custom payment files via a support ticket thread.
Generating the public client key
In Authorize.Net, you will need to generate the public client key using the merchant interface. To do so:
Log-in to the Merchant Interface as an Administrator
Navigate to:
Account > Settings > Security Settings > General Security Settings > Manage Public Client Key.
If the Public Client Key does not yet exist, answer your security question to generate the key.
If you have a Sandbox environment and would like to use it to facilitate initial 'test payments', please include all of the (separate) required items for the sandbox account (optional).
If you require collecting the billing address from the payer as part of the transaction, please indicate this in your initial Support Ticket.
Find the API login and Transaction key information in your Authorize.Net environment.
Submitting a ticket
Provide the following information via the support ticket:
The API login
Transaction key
Public Client key
These credentials can be added directly in the Support Desk Ticket.
You could also provide them in the following ways:
Upload a text file containing the key via your database’s File Editor, OR
Copy the key into the notes field of your own Slate user profile (in the Details tab), OR
Use a service like: https://onetimesecret.com/ to get a one-time link.
