# Bots Overview

**Bots**let you automate responses to Inbox messages. Find them in **Database → Bots.**

There are **four types of bots**you can create:

## Agents 🤖

An SMS and web bot empowered to communicate with constituents and complete tasks on your behalf.

## AI chat bots ✨

An SMS and web bot that uses AI to determine the best response based on large-scale information sources you provide it.

## Q&A chat bots❓

An SMS bot that uses AI to determine the nature of a constituent’s question, then provides the best fitting response—verbatim—from an answer bank you provide.

## Reply bots 🤳
