Article Summary

The Timeline tab tracks activities and interactions for each record. The Timeline tab includes four sections: Timeline, Interactions, Audit Log, and Campaigns.

Timeline

The Timeline section provides a chronological history of interaction events (such as form submissions, message history, and payment history) that have taken place on the record. A graph displays the volume of interactions across the history of the record.

You can adjust the date range for the display by changing the date values on the upper right side of the graph.

New interactions can be added directly to the record by clicking the New Interaction button.

Following the graph is a chronologically ordered list of all interactions that have taken place for the record, grouped by month and year.

Clicking an interaction produces a popup that provides related information.

Interactions

The Interactions section provides a chronological list of interactions (such as form submissions, message history, and payment history) that have taken place on the constituent record.

The list of interactions is sortable by the column headers.

On the right side of the section, you can search for specific interactions using the search box. You can manage the category of displayed interactions in the list by selecting and clearing the checkboxes for the interaction categories.

Audit Log

The Audit Log provides a chronological list of changes made against the record. Audit events include custom fields being set or unset, address and contact information updates, query executions, and more. The user or rule that initiated the event appears along with details of the audit event.

The list of audit events can be filtered by date and custom field. To filter by a custom field, select the field name from the select list on the upper-right of the display. Click Refresh to refresh the list of audit events after changing the dates or selecting a specific custom field.

Campaigns

The Campaigns section lists any Deliver campaigns in which the record is included. The campaign list can be filtered by date and specific campaigns from the select list on the upper-right of the display. Click Refresh to update the list of campaigns after changing the dates or selecting a specific campaign.

Clicking the mailing name gives quick access to the mailing the record will receive. Clicking Preview will present a popup of the expected message. Clicking Check Logic will return a popup of the conditions the record meets to be included in the mailing.
