Contact Reports allow gift officers to record in-person interactions with constituents.

Contact Reports can be built using Forms, both the form submission itself and any mapped interactions will display on the Timeline tab of the Person Record. This form can be submitted administratively and directly associated to an individual's record.

Registration Blocks can be added to allow multiple contacts to be captured on a single form submission.

For ease of access, a link to an institution's primary Contact Report form can be included as part of a Dashboard Query - displaying on the Dashboard tab of a Record.
