Most of our institutions using Cybersource use their newer product, "Secure Acceptance". We used to also support Cybersource HOP but believe that all users of this older product have been migrated by Cybersource to Secure Acceptance. We will not be setting up any new HOP integrations.

This custom integration is not available for self-service setup via the Application Editor. We will be making all adjustments to custom payment files via a support ticket thread.

To integrate with Secure Acceptance:

1. Configure a Merchant Post URL in your profile of the Slate host name followed by "/apply/payment?cmd=cybersource_secureacceptance".

2. After completing a payment at the Cybersource payment page, there is a button called "Return to website" that can be configured to redirect the user back to Slate. Clicking that button should issue a GET request to: https://YOUR.SLATE.DOMAIN.edu/apply/status.
   
   Note: You can redirect the user to another Slate portal or some other non-Slate location, however, the Merchant Post URL has to be the one outlined above!

Please provide the following when you open your Support Ticket:

• Profile ID

• Access Key

• Secret Key
