Deletion Log

The Deletion Log lets you track and restore applications and dataset records that were manually deleted.
To access the deletion log:
Select Database from the main navigation.
Select Deletion Log. A list of deleted records appears.
Select All Deleted Items, Applications or Datasets to filter the view accordingly.
Select a record for more information.
Properties vary by record type:
Deleted application records
Person name with record link, deleted date, user that performed the deletion, application round, application submitted date, application created date, application status, and application reference ID.

Deleted dataset records
Record name, deleted date, user or source import that performed the deletion, dataset, key, record created date, and count of related records.
For example, a deleted Organization displays a count of related records from the child dataset, Organization Contacts, as well as a count of school records tied to this dataset record’s key.

Restoring a deleted record
To restore a specific deleted record:
Select the row of the record to restore.
Within the dialog box, click the Restore button.
📝 Note: Applications belonging to deleted person records will not appear in the deletion log.
