Inbox assignment reminder
This deliver mailing reminds users if they have any Inbox messages assigned to them. The recipient list query looks at all active users and outputs any Inbox message associated with that user that is Open and Unresolved through two different dictionary subquery exports.
The first dictionary subquery export looks at any messages that are Open/Unassigned with an SMS method. The second dictionary subquery export does the same with email methods.
Using Liquid Markup and for-looping, the mailing extrapolates the overall number of messages assigned to a user, and will display in a list view the first five messages that the user has associated with them.
This mailing does not require any additional configuration. The steps to use this suitcase are similar to the other examples in this article.
