This intuitive tool leverages contextual information from your database, including person and application details, to automatically generate highly personalized communications.

To get started:

1. Click on the email address listed on the person record dashboard to send an ad-hoc mailing.

2. Click on the First Draft icon in the bottom righthand corner.

3. Formulate a clear prompt or question that provides context and guidance. Refine your prompt or question as necessary.

4. When the message meets your needs, click insert.

5. Edit, review, and send.

In the example below, First Draft was prompted with:
