Slate Voice is a fully-integrated telecommunications platform that enables you to receive calls in Slate.

Enable inbound calls
💡 Google Chrome is the preferred browser for using Slate Voice.
Click Database on the main menu. The Database page appears.
Select Deliver Configuration in the Communications section to open the Deliver Configuration page.
In the Accounts section, select the telephone number that will be used to accept inbound calls. An Edit Account popup appears.

In the Voice section, set Slate Voice to "Ring assigned user via Slate Voice."
Select the remaining configuration values as desired.
Click Save.
