In express and embedded query builders, including subqueries and the query builders used in rules and form conditions, you’ll now find controls to rename exports or temporarily activate and deactivate query parts.

Activate or deactivate query parts

  1. Open the express query, subquery, or embedded query builder where the query parts are configured.

  2. Select the Deactivate icon on an active query part, or select Activate on an inactive query part.

  3. To update multiple query parts, hold Ctrl (Windows) or Command (Mac) and select the relevant exports, filters, sorts, or joins of the same kind. To select a sequence, hold Ctrl or Command and Shift.

  4. Select the Deactivate or Activate icon and confirm the change.

  5. Review Matching Rows or preview the query results before saving or using the configuration.

Rename exports in a batch

  1. Open the express query or embedded query builder that contains the exports to rename.

  2. Select Rename Exports.

  3. Update the editable export names.

  4. Select Save.
