Custom instructions may be added to clarify certain aspects of the form. For example, asterisks (*) may be used to indicate required fields, so a key may be provided at the top of the page. Drag the Instructions tool from the Form Builder Palette to desired location on the form. Remember that all items on the form can be reordered at any time:

• Status - Make instructions Active.

• Label - Use the HTML editor to add instructions. Use the edit options at the top to change text style.
