# Hiding Test Scores from Students

Some institutions may wish to create a custom test score that they do want to be seen by students. You can hide test scores that are stored in the Scores tab by taking the following steps:

> 1. Select **Database** on the top navigation bar and select **Tests**.
> 2. Select the test you wish to hide.
> 3. Set the **Private** field to **Hide from student**.
> 4. Select **Update**.
