# Letter & Postcard Tracking

Letter and Postcard tracking enables a user to obtain status details relating to the location of physical print messages, such as letters and postcards, sent via Deliver.

## Tracking print mailings

1. Navigate to the **Interactions** section on the desired person record.
2. Click on the desired print mailing.
3. Within the **Status** setting, click **Display Events**.

4. A Message Events pop up will display, chronicling the path of the mailing. Timestamp dates and times indicate the corresponding location of the mailing. Available message events include *In Transit*, *In Local Area* and *Re-Routed*.
