Slate Deliver is a mass communication tool. It is used to create and manage outreach campaigns. Send communications through a variety of methods, including:
Individual and Ad-Hoc
Blast and Recurring
Drip Campaigns
Inbound Communications
Text Messaging
Print Mailings
Postcards
Letters
Social Media
Facebook

Telecom (Voice Calling)
These types of communication methods can be utilized in three primary categories of messages in Slate:
Transactional: communications associated with a form or event. These types of messages are triggered in relation to an action taken by an end user, such as a form submission or hours before/after an event
System: automatic emails that are sent when certain actions occur such as: password reset, payment refunded, and recurring credit card payment failure
Marketing: programmatic, stewardship, and engagement messages
