Connections may be initiated by Technolutions into remote servers and networks, including outbound SFTP (Technolutions to a remote server), LDAP (Technolutions to a remote authentication server), and outbound web service calls. These connections will originate from a fixed set of IP addresses that may need to be added to allow lists in the remote infrastructure for the connection to succeed.

Databases that are based in Canada, Europe, or Asia Pacific should allow the IPs for that region as well as the global IP addresses, which may be required for full connectivity.
