Population Specific Material Uploads on the Applicant Status Page

Materials marked as "Available for upload through student self-service website" can now be given population restrictions to allow a more appropriate list to display to the student based on their type or other criteria you set. In this example, we set the resume material to show only for freshmen applicants
Population Configurations
Creating the Population
Select Database on the top navigation bar and select Populations.
Select Insert.
Name the population.
Select Save.
Creating the Population Rule
Select Database on the top navigation bar and select Rules Editor.
Select New Rule.
Enter the following configurations in the dialog box:
Name: Description of Setting
Base: Application
Type: Application Population
Folder: Place the rule in a folder of your choice (the recommendation is to make a new folder for all rules setting populations).
Select Save.
Add filters to define the population who should see the material.
Enter the following Action configurations:
Population: Select the Population created earlier.
Material Configurations
Select Database on the top navigation bar and select Materials.
Select the material you would like to show based on the logic built in the rule created and enter the following configurations:
Access: Available for upload through student self-service website
Student Upload Population restriction: Select the Population created.
The material will now only be visible in the Material Upload select list when an applicant matches the filter logic of your population rule. You may need to run a Retroactive Refresh within your Population Rule to update your records so that they can see this population-specific material.
