To restrict access and edit permissions to a portal or Express Portal to only specific users, to user with a given permission, or to users with a given role:
Select Database.
Select Portals.
Select a portal, or create a new one.
Select Edit Permissions.
Select Add Grantee.
Configure the following settings:
Active: Active
Type: Choose between User, Role, and Permission
User: Enter a user’s name that should be granted access
Role: Select a role from the list that should be granted access
Permission: Select a permission from the list that should be granted access
Permissions: To allow write, rather than just read access, select Edit Portal
Select Save.
