Using the Slate.org Enrollment filter in Voyager

The Slate.org Enrollment filter layer lets you browse for enrolled schools in a particular geographic location.

  1. Go to Queries / Reports.

  2. Select Voyager.

  3. Select a voyage, or create a new one.

  4. Add a new layer.

  5. Configure the following settings:

    • Type: Local

    • Base: Organizations

  6. Select Save.

  7. Select Edit Query.

  8. Add the Slate.org Enrollment filter.

  9. Select the Enrolled status.

  10. Select exports to pull data for your recruitment travel planning, including an export to represent an organization's location on the map, like postal code or geomarket.
     

  11. Follow the breadcrumb navigation to the Edit Layer page.

  12. Double-click the the layer to edit it.

  13. Configure the following settings:

    • Location Export: Postal

    • Location Type: US ZIP Code

  14. Select Save.

  15. Follow the breadcrumb navigation to the voyage overview page. Your new Slate.org layer appears under Markers.

Your map shows Slate.org-enrolled schools, along with other markers you have configured.

Browse records that meet the marker criteria by selecting their corresponding tabs.

 

Using the Slate.org Enrollment filter in a query

You can employ the Slate.org Enrollment filter in queries.

  1. Go to Queries / Reports.

  2. Select New Query or Quick Query.

  3. Configure the following settings:

    1. a new query and set the type to Local and the base to Organizations.

  4. Filter by Slate.org Enrollment status.

Once your results are limited by Slate.org Enrollment you can further refine your query parameters and exports.
