Tanya Aydelott is an Associate Director of College Counseling at Kent Denver School in Denver, CO. She was previously an Upper School Dean at the Kinkaid School in TX, and before that worked in the admissions offices of Williams College, Oberlin College, and Swarthmore College. She has an MA in Anthropology and Education from Teachers College Columbia University, and an MFA in Writing for Children and Young Adults from Vermont College of Fine Arts.

Diane Campbell has been a professional school and college counselor for over 20 years. She is also the current Director of College Counseling at Liberty Common High School in Ft. Collins, CO. She is past President of RMACAC and is currently Co-President of Educational Futures.
Cody Dailey
Lyons Township High School | La Grange, IL
Cody Dailey (he/him) is the College and Career Counselor at Lyons Township High School, a large public high school in the Western Suburbs of Chicago. This is Cody's 9th year as a Counselor, with previous experience in College Financial Aid and Workforce Development industries. He graduated from Knox College in 2012 and DePaul University in 2018. At LT, Cody is a member of the Equity Ambassadors and also runs support groups for First Generation college-bound students. He is currently on the Counselor Advisory Boards at the University of Memphis and Miami University (Ohio) and has been named one of the Counselors that Changes Lives (by the Colleges That Change Lives organization) and recipient of the Award of Excellence from the Illinois State Board of Education's "Those Who Excel" program. In his spare time, Cody loves playing tennis, exploring the food scene in Chicago, reality tv and supporting women's sports.

Matt DeGreeff has been the Dean of College and Student Enrichment at Middlesex School for 25 years, serving on committees and presenting at conferences for local, regional, and national organizations. Before Middlesex, he was a Senor Admissions Officer and Assistant Director of Financial Aid in the Harvard University Undergraduate Admissions Office for thirteen years.
Hassan Casanova

Hassan Casanova is an Assistant Director of College Counseling at Belen Jesuit Preparatory School in Miami, Florida. Before joining Belen in 2021, he worked as an admissions officer at the University of Florida. He began his career in college counseling in Denver, Colorado, where he worked as a College Counselor. Hassan earned his B.S. and M.S. from the University of Florida. Hassan is a self-proclaimed data nerd who enjoys crunching numbers for fun.

After recruiting the first co-educational class at Rosemont College and serving as an Associate Dean of Admissions at the University of Pennsylvania, Lara jumped over to the proverbial other side of the desk at The Episcopal Academy. Besides geeking out over all things college admissions, she loves all things Philly, backpacking through national parks (19 visited so far!), listening to audiobooks on 1.7 speed, and sharing the hilarious antics of her 4 and 1 year old daughters.

Kate Jacobson is the Senior Associate Director of College Counseling at McDonogh School in Owings Mills, MD. Before this role, she was an Associate Dean of Admission at Franklin & Marshall College in Lancaster, PA. Kate began her career in the admission world as a College Adviser with the College Advising Corp, a non-profit organization dedicated to assisting underserved students as they navigate the college process; she herself is a first generation college graduate! Kate loves to read, support all Baltimore sports teams and go for walks on McDonogh's beautiful campus with her family.
Mallory LaPlant

Mallory LaPlant is beginning her sixth year as the College & Career Counselor at St. John Vianney High School in St. Louis, Missouri. Before moving to St. Louis and transitioning to this position, Mallory worked in college admissions, orientation, and new student programs at Murray State University in Murray, KY and The University of Alabama in Tuscaloosa, AL for nine years. She earned her B.S. & M.S. from Murray State University. She is excited for this opportunity!

Ingrid Loveras is an Associate Director of College Counselor at the Ethical Culture Fieldston School in New York City. She was previously a Director of College Counseling at the Connelly School of the Holy Child in Potomac, MD and before that worked at The Field School in Washington, DC. Ingrid brings over a decade of experience in education across various sectors, including public, independent, and higher education with four years of undergraduate admissions recruitment. She has also contributed her expertise as EMERGE's Academic Program Manager and College Counselor. This Houston-based community organization guides students from underserved backgrounds toward applying and attending top-tier universities across the nation.

Dana joined the Ranney School College Office in 2019. Prior to this she has spent more than 20 years in college admissions, serving as Director of Admissions at Marymount University and Ursinus College, Associate Director of Admissions at Lafayette College, and in the admissions departments of University of Maryland, Baltimore County and Seton Hall University. She earned her B.A. at Gettysburg College and an M.A. at Seton Hall University.
Scott Mayer
St. Christopher’s School | Richmond, VA
Scott Mayer has been a member of the college counseling team at St. Christopher’s School since 2005. He is also AP Coordinator and JV Baseball coach. Before joining St. Chris, he worked in the admission offices at the College of William & Mary (where he earned a BBA), Lafayette College, and the University of Richmond (here he received his MA in History). When not helping students in their college search journey he can be found on a ballfield, working in the yard, cooking/grilling, working on a model railroad, reading or spending time with his family (wife, two adult sons and 2 Dachshunds).
Zachary Montez

Zachary (Zack) Montez was born and raised in the city and county of Denver and is a proud graduate of Denver West High School—Go Cowboys! He is a first generation student who earned his Bachelor of Arts degree in Psychology with a supplementary major in Pre-Professional Studies from the University of Notre Dame—Go Irish! Since graduating in 2010, Zack has been working with high school students to navigate through the often confusing college application and financial aid process. He is passionate about making students aware of the variety of opportunities after high school and to think critically upon which path will best fit them. At Northfield High School, Zack aims to inspire and empower students to reach out and work towards fulfilling their dreams and aspirations, and enjoys getting to know students, staff, families, and community partners within the Northfield community.

Sarah has been a school counselor at Radnor High School since 2014 and was excited to become a dedicated College & Career Counselor in 2023. Prior to Radnor, Sarah worked at the Shipley School as Upper School Math Teacher and Grade-Level Dean. Sarah earned her B.A. from Colgate University and her M.S. Ed. from the University of Pennsylvania. In her free time, Sarah enjoys crafting with her five-year-old daughter, learning about all things dinosaur with her three-year-old son, and trying new recipes for her friends and family.
Nick Skitko
The Hill School | Pottstown, PA
Nick is currently an Assistant Director of College Counseling at The Hill School in Pottstown, PA. He has previously worked in admission and recruitment roles at Ursinus College, Duquesne University, Carnegie Mellon University, University of Pittsburgh, and Choate Rosemary Hall. In addition to being a Hill graduate, he earned his B.A. from Gettysburg College and M.L.A. from Johns Hopkins University. He has presented at several Slate Summits and is actively involved in PACAC.
David Weisbord
Winchester Thurston School | Pittsburgh, PA
After working on the admission side for 14 years, including co-leading the Slate implementation for the Office of Undergraduate Admissions at Columbia University, David made the switch to school counseling as Associate Director of College Counseling at George School in Newtown, PA. Since 2018, he has served as the Director of College Counseling in Pittsburgh, PA where they use Slate.org as much as possible for data and decision tracking, and has presented on Slate.org at two Slate Innovation Summits.
Hannah Wolff
Georgetown Preparatory School | Bethesda, MD
Hannah Wolff is a College Counselor at Georgetown Preparatory School in Bethesda, Maryland, and also works as an admission reader for the University of California at Berkeley.
