# The Performance Management Dataset

The **Performance Management dataset**is directly linked to staff user accounts and their respective person record assignments. Consequently, data collected from assigned person records, including gifts, interactions, and events, are integrated into the Performance Management record, providing a comprehensive overview of the user's performance.
