# Trip Settings

## New / Manage Trip

| Setting | Description |
| --- | --- |
| **Name** | Displays name of the Trip to be viewed administratively |
| **User** | Associates a selected User with this Trip |
| **Notes Form** | Associates forms with a scope of 'Form/Event Notes' with a Trip |
| **Notes** | Stores administrative notes regarding the trip (e.g. flight confirmation numbers, rental car information, etc.) |
