Article summary

When you make a new fields or prompts and try to access them right away, you might notice they don’t appear.

This is because Slate caches form and import destinations to improve performance. In production environments, cached values are refreshed approximately every 5 minutes.

To access newly created fields or prompts immediately, you can “refresh the triad”: the prompts cache, the fields cache, and the Configurable Joins library.

To refresh the triad:

  1. From the main navigation, select Database.

  2. Under Queries, select Refresh Configurable Joins Library.
