Inviting students
To invite students:
Go to Students.
Select Invite Students from the right-hand column and enter the student information in the Invite Student popup.
Select Invite. The student receives an email prompting them to confirm the connection. The student must accept this invitation before you can view their applications.
A list of students appears. If a student status is inactive, you cannot view that student information.

Student list
After a student accepts the invitation, the student appears in the counselor student list. Counselors can see the number of shared applications on file and the student graduation year. For information about creating student lists, see How to Create Lists.
Select a student to view more information, including date of birth, email address, graduation date, and current active applications.

Select an individual application to view the student application status, decision, and checklist. The checklist shows any missing materials.

📝 Note
Materials can be uploaded to an individual student or an individual application. For more information, see Upload Documents.
