New fields and prompts may not appear immediately because Slate caches form and import destinations to improve performance. In production environments, cached values refresh approximately every 5 minutes.
To make new fields and prompts available right away, force-refresh the field cache, prompt cache, and Configurable Joins library. Refreshing all three is sometimes called "refreshing the triad."
Refresh the field and prompt caches
From the main navigation, select Database.
Under Records and Datasets, select Prompts.
Select the link in the description on the sidebar to refresh the prompt cache. A new tab opens displaying “OK.”

Refresh the Configurable Joins library
To use newly created fields and prompts in queries, you must also refresh the Configurable Joins library:
From the main navigation, select Database.
Under Queries, select Refresh Configurable Joins Library.
When prompted, select OK.

When the refresh is complete, select OK again.
