You can display previously submitted Reader review form responses as PDFs in a Reader tab.
To add review form responses to a tab:
Navigate to Database, then Workflows.
Select a Workflow.
Select Reader Tabs, then select an existing tab or create a new tab:
To add a new Reader Materials tab, use the “pencil” icon (✏️).
To edit an existing Materials tab, use the “documents” icon (📄) next to the tab type.
From the palette, select Reader Form to open the “New Material Stream” configuration dialog.
Select these settings:
Type: Select Reader Form (or Reader Form (self) to display only your own form responses)
Reader Form: Select the reader review form you want to display.
Submitted in Workflow: Select Any Workflow (or Current Workflow if you want to limit shown responses to the current Workflow).
Template: Select Auto PDF.
Select Save.

Type
Reader Form displays all submitted reader review forms that meet the configured criteria.
Reader Form (self) displays only reader review forms submitted by the current reviewer.
Reader Form
This setting determines which reader review form’s responses are displayed.
Submitted in Workflow
Any Workflow displays reader review form responses from any Workflow.
Current Workflow displays only reader review form responses submitted in the active Workflow.
Template
Only select Auto PDF. Auto PDF converts the submitted form responses into a PDF format compatible with Reader. Do not select “Auto PDF v2” or any other option, as these are not compatible with Reader Review forms.
Rank
Show All displays all reader review form responses regardless of rank.
The other options display only reader review form responses of the specified rank. For example, Show #1 shows only the rank 1 reader review form response. See Database Structure & Determination of Table Ranks for more information on how rank is calculated.
✨ Tip
The most recently submitted form response for any given form is usually the rank 1 response. If you want to show only the most recently submitted reader review form response, select Show #1.
Reverse Rank Order
Normal Rank displays the most recently submitted form first (rank 1), followed by earlier submissions.
Reverse Rank displays the earliest submitted form first, followed by more recent submissions.

Filters
Use filters to limit which review forms are displayed beyond the settings outlined above.
