AI Voice Styling adds more control to Deliver Voice AI mailings. Choose from one of several high-quality voices, guide the voice style, adjust the speech rate, and preview the result before saving the mailing.
Create a Voice AI message
Go to Deliver.
Open an existing mailing that uses the Voice method, or create a new one.
Select Edit Message.
From the Type list, select Voice AI.
Enter the text you want the AI to read. For example, you might enter:
Hey, {{Person-Preferred}}! You're all set to enroll {{Person-Entry-Term}}, but we'll need your deposit first. You can make your deposit online at slateuniversity.edu by July 1. We look forward to seeing you soon!
Hey {{Person-Preferred}}, make sure to head down to Shark Field to watch your Slate University Sharks take on the Turtle Community College Tortoises tonight at 7 PM!

Add voice styling
Select a voice from the list. Select Play to hear a demo.
In the Voice Style field, enter a prompt to direct the AI’s tone or dialect. For example, you might enter:
A professional, calm voice that sounds approachable and supportive. The delivery should feel conversational and encouraging, with clear pacing that keeps high school students engaged without sounding overly formal or robotic.
You have more school spirit than any student in the history of American Higher education. Be eager, be loud and make sure everyone feels your presence.
Speak as if you're born and raised in Boston, MA. South Boston, specifically. Almost hard to understand with how thick the accent is.
Use the Speed control to slow down or speed up the voice.
Select Save.
Preview the message with a test record before activating the mailing.
