🏔️ Summit 2026 Feature

Ask data questions in natural language and turn the results into charts, reports, and presentations.

🏗️ Provisional document

This feature is pending release, and this document may change over time. Check What’s New for the latest releases.

Slate AI Data Studio is a natural-language workspace for exploring data from Slate AI knowledge sources. Use Data Studio to ask a data question, review generated visualizations, and refine the output without building a new query for every request.

Using Data Studio

  1. Confirm that you have access to the query-based knowledge sources you want Data Studio to use.

  2. Open Slate AI Data Studio.

  3. Enter or paste the question you want to answer.

  4. Review the generated data, charts, summaries, or tables.

  5. Enter follow-up prompts to narrow the data, change the visualization, add a comparison, or create a different output format.

  6. Review generated outputs before sharing them with others.

Creating shareable outputs

After Data Studio returns an analysis, ask Slate AI to reshape the output for the audience. For example, request a print-friendly version, a ranked table, or a PowerPoint presentation.

  1. Review the current Data Studio output.

  2. Ask Slate AI to create the output you want.

  3. Download or print the output when Slate AI finishes creating it.

  4. Review the output for accuracy and context before sending it.
